When you purchase, you’ll receive a link to a pre-built Airtable base that already has all the tables, fields, formulas, and connections set up for you. You simply copy it into your own Airtable account and it’s ready to use.Every purchase also includes access to step-by-step tutorials created by practicing architects. These show you exactly how to set up the system, enter your data, and start running your practice with clarity.
Is this an app?
No. This is not an app (or a software subscription). If you are not familiar with Airtable, you may be familiar with Excel.In Excel, you build spreadsheets and sometimes connect formulas between them.In Airtable, those spreadsheets are called tables, and when you link a group of tables together, it’s called a base.This is essentially a pre-built Airtable base. That means all the tables, fields, formulas, and connections are already set up for you - projects, clients, finances, staffing, proposals, and more.When you purchase, you’ll get a link to this base. You will copy it into your own Airtable account, and from there on, it’s yours. All you need to do is enter your firm’s data, and the system works immediately.
Do I need to know Airtable to use this?
No. Knowing how to use Airtable will be helpful, but it is not needed. The system is designed with a clear interface that you can navigate. We are including step-by-step tutorials. You’ll learn how to use it as you go, even if you’ve never opened Airtable before.
Why Airtable?
Because it’s powerful, flexible, and visual. Unlike spreadsheets, Airtable links your data together, so when you update something once, it updates everywhere.
Is this a subscription?
No. this is a one-time purchase. Once you own it, it’s yours to use and customize.You will, however, need an Airtable account.The Free plan works to get started.Most firms choose the Team or Business plan for more records, automations, and flexibility as they grow.
Can I customize the system for my firm?
Yes. This is intended to be a starting point (although a very complete starting point). It is fully flexible. Start with the ready-to-use version, then adjust it to fit your firm as you grow.
Will this work for my firm size?
The system was designed for small architecture practices, but it scales easily and can be used for larger teams. Whether you’re solo or have a growing team, it adapts to your workflow.
Will I get updates?
Because this is a digital product that becomes yours immediately upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds.
Do I own the data I put into the system?
Absolutely. All your projects, finances, and client data stay in your Airtable account. We never see or access your firm’s information.
